A nationwide project encouraging the development of singing and participation in choral activities, undertaken when Craig was Wales Development Manager to Making Music, the national support body for voluntary music in the UK
1812 bicentennial
2012 project marking the bi-centennial anniversary of the wars of 1812
Beirdd Cymru / The Bards of Wales
A major work by Sir Karl Jenkins, based upon text by the Hungarian poet Janos Arany. Premiered at the Palace of Arts, Budapest and the National Eisteddfod of Wales
The Big Music Project
A UK-wide initiative which utilised the expertise of some of the biggest names in entertainment, Global Radio and The BPI, along with UK Youth and their partner organisations, helping young people from disadvantaged backgrounds take their first steps towards a career in the music industry
Brass Tracks
Live movie music and imagery project with Leigh Phillips & Paul Shallcross. Featured performances included those at the Park & Dare Theatre, Treorchy; Taliesin Arts Centre, Swansea; Loughborough Town Hall, and Hoddinott Hall at the Wales Millennium Centre, Cardiff
Camerata Wales Cymru
Professional chamber orchestra, directed by Dr. Owain Arwel Hughes CBE. Featured performances included the Dylan Thomas Centenary Gala at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, Southbank, London and the Arts Council of Wales supported "Penblwyddi / Anniversaries" project on the orchestral music of Welsh composers
Caradogfest
Caradogfest celebrates the 150th anniversary of the achievements of Griffith Rhys Jones, "Caradog", and the 400 strong voice Côr Mawr at the Crystal Palace, London in 1872. Running throughout July 2022 in Aberdare "Town of Song", Rhondda Cynon Taf, the festival features exhibitions, talks and choral performances, centred on the weekend of July 15th & 16th when the reenactment of the 400 strong "Côr Mawr" and surrounding FREE choral festival, plus additional events and promotions, took place
Carbon 12: A Choral Symphony
A new opera by Errollyn Wallen, commissioned and premiered by the Welsh National Opera company, featuring join premiere performances at the Wales Millennium Centre, Cardiff and Birmingham Hippodrome
Cinderella On Ice
Ice theatre and live music project with Tim A. Duncan and the Russian Imperial Ice Stars at the Royal Albert Hall
Commissions
Craig has commissioned, and been instrumental in the commissioning, of a wealth of new musical works for orchestra, choir, brass, wind and additional instrumental ensembles. Annual Beating Retreat ceremony held on the lawns of Parliament Hill, Ottawa, Canada
Idomeneo
A special production of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's "Idomeneo - Re di Creta", the King of Crete; the first performance of the opera on the Greek Island upon which it is set. Part of the 2011 Mediterranean International Festival of Arts

A large scale parade in Kharkiv, Ukraine marking the 75 anniversary of the liberation of the city in the Second World War, undertaken in the presence of then President of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych

Mediterranean International Festival of Arts
Taking place across the Greek island of Crete, the Mediterranean International Festival of Arts featured over 50 musical performances by a host of leading international artists from a variety of musical genres, ranging from medieval, renaissance / baroque music to classical, opera, ballet, military tattoo and 20th century musical theatre
Mid-Atlantic Brass Band Festival
MABBF: the Mid-Atlantic Brass Band Festival, held at Rowan University, New Jersey, USA, where Craig has featured as guest clinician on two occasions
North American Brass Band Summer School (NABBSS)
Craig co-founded the North American Brass Band Summer School, together with leading Besson clinicians Dr. Robert Childs and David Childs and was Executive Director of the programme for five years from 2014 to 2018.

Rhondda Arts Festival (RAFT)
Taking place at the Park & Dare Theatre, Treorchy, the RAFT Festival was founded in 2018 and featured a host of renowned artists, including Jools Holland, Only Men Aloud and Lesley Garrett & the Welsh National Opera Company. The 2019 event took place from June 28 to July 6th and featured Kerry Ellis, Sir Tony Robinson, Omid Djalili and more
Rasputin: Ripples to Revolution
Written by Phantom of the Opera star Peter Karrie, Rasputin was a major musical theatre project undertaken with the support of the Arts Council of Wales, Making Music and the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama. Featured artists included John Owen-Jones, Ieuan Rhys and Katy Treharne
The Red Lady of Paviland
Cantata for tenor soloist, harp, mixed voices, children's chorus, brass & percussion, written by Andrew Powell with libretto by Menna Elfyn. The work was commissioned and premiered by Craig in West Wales in 2010
Rhondda Fach Gala Concert
Craig was the compere / host of the annual Rhondda Fach Gala Concert on numerous occasions, featuring alongside numerous leading artists including Shan Cothi, Rebecca Evans, Lesley Garrett, Katherine Jenkins, John Owen-Jones & Katy Treharne
Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo
The world's largest annual indoor show, held in June / July each year at the Scotiabank Centre, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, Craig worked with the show, latterly as Assistant Director, for a period of 20 years from 1998 to 2018
Symphonic Brass Wales
Wales' leading touring brass ensemble, Symphonic Brass Wales has undertaken a wealth of international performances, including those in Canada, the Crimean Peninsula, Germany, Greece, North Africa, Russia and Ukraine
Tair Cerdd Sanctaidd
Three Sacred Songs, a major work by Andrew Powell based upon Welsh language texts by Dafydd ap Gwilym, Gwenallt and William Williams (Pantycelyn) for baritone voice, harp soloist, male choir, brass and percussion, commissioned and premiered by Craig, Catrin Finch, Gareth Rhys-Davies and Only Men Aloud
The Planets
An innovative presentation of Gustav Holst's epic suite The Planets with live imagery featuring footage from NASA, ESA and verbal presentation by Professor Mark Brake, commissioned to mark the 90th anniversary of the premiere performance of The Planets at the Royal Albert Hall, London in 1918. The project was revisited with symphonic brass in London in summer 2018. Additional performances include those at the National Museum of Wales, Cardiff; University of Wales Institute, Cardiff and the Park & Dare Theatre, Rhondda Cynon Taf
VE Day 60
Commemoration of the 60th anniversary of VE Day with the Band of Her Majesty's Grenadier Guards
Welsh Brass Arts Festival
8 year project celebrating and promoting the music of Wales through the medium of brass
The Welsh Proms
Wales' national classical music festival, the Welsh Proms Cymru. Founded by Artistic Director, Owain Arwel Hughes CBE, the Welsh Proms takes place annually at the national concert hall of Wales, St David's Hall, Cardiff each year in mid-July. Craig worked on the event for a five year period from 2015 to 2019
World Dances
A work for world percussion and band by Stephen Roberts, commissioned for both wind and brass band by Craig. The premiere performances took place at West Bromwich Town Hall and Park & Dare Theatre, Treorchy, both conducted by the composer. Each featured full concert or brass band, together with Indian dhol drums, steel pans, samba band and African djembe drums. The South Wales performance also featured Joji Hirota and the internationally renowned Japanese Taiko Drummers
World Military Music Festival
A grand scale international festival held in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Libyan Arab Jamahereya and 10th anniversary of the African Union. Attended by over 200 international heads of state, Craig was Musical Director of the event
